We're seeking a detail-oriented and meticulous communicator to help Hometap realize ambitious intentions. You will drive projects crucial to Hometap’s growth and success. As Program Manager, you’ll need to be transparent and diligent. You will keep stakeholders informed, teams focused, and leaders aware of risks.
Manage projects within the allotted scope, schedule, and budget to the specifications of an SOW to achieve success. Perform identification, tracking, escalation, and remediation of project risks, action items, and issues. Develop technical project plans, proposals, status reports, presentations, etc. to ensure project success. Coordinate the development of and facilitating the delivery and approval of project deliverables.
Applies project management, facilitation, and organizational skills to support the successful execution of consulting and engineering projects. Project work focuses on decarbonization, through energy efficiency and building and transportation electrification. This position will also support internal initiatives of strategic importance to VEIC.
This Project Manager role will manage and coordinate client-facing and internal projects. This includes supporting business development initiatives, overseeing the execution of public surveys, and managing ad hoc engineering and analytics work and requires strong technical acumen and organizational skills.
